Cream Cheese Roll ups Recipe

Cream cheese ranch roll-ups stand out as the simplest and highly favored appetizer you can effortlessly prepare. Indulgent cream cheese, combined with a flavorful ranch dressing mix and a medley of vegetables, are expertly rolled into tortillas. These delectable cream cheese roll-ups are sure to vanish swiftly, making them an ideal addition to any gathering!

This recipe has been passed down from my grandmother to my mother, who always emphasized its universal appeal. According to her, “This is an appetizer that everyone loves. Men, women, kids…everyone adores these.”

And indeed, she was correct.

Through the years, I’ve prepared this dish countless times. Whenever there’s a gathering that requires bringing food, I find myself consistently making a batch of these delightful treats.

Equipment:

  • Wilton Icing Spatula, 13-Inch, Angled Cake Spatula
  • KitchenAid 9-Speed Hand Mixer
  • Oxo Good Grips 3-piece Silicone Spatula Set

Ingredients:

  • Two packages (8 ounces each) of softened cream cheese
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • Generous 1/2 cup finely chopped red peppers
  • Scant 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 can (2.25 ounces) chopped black olives
  • 4 (12-inch) flour tortillas or 5 (10-inch)

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the tortillas.
  • Lay out the tortillas; evenly distribute the cream cheese mixture among them, spreading it just shy of the edges.
  • Roll up the tortillas; wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • Slice into 1/4-inch slices before serving.
